TemetkezesiSzolgaltatok.hu website (hereinafter: „Website”).

TemetkezesiSzolgaltatok.hu is a nationwide funeral service provider database that displays the following:
- funeral businesses
- providers selling funeral supplies
- cemetery service providers
- other memorial services
The service provides free listing for all eligible businesses.
The Website does not mediate between parties, does not provide funeral services, and does not participate in purchasing or ordering processes.
Conditions for listing
1. Free listing
Being listed on the Website is free of charge.
2. Annual data verification – HUF 10,000 administrative fee
The condition for active and complete listing on the Website, is that the provider performs annually:
- confirmation of contact details,
- updating of services,
- verification of opening hours data,
- correction of incorrect or outdated data.
The administrative fee for the annual data verification is:
HUF 10,000 / year
This is not an advertising fee, but covers the operational costs associated with data verification, data maintenance, and administration.
The purpose of data reconciliation is to ensure that grieving relatives always find accurate, reliable, up-to-date information under dignified circumstances.
Restriction and deactivation
If the provider does not carry out the annual data verification or does not settle the administrative fee:
1. Restriction
The provider's profile:
- will not contain contact details (phone, email, address removed),
- the description will be partially visible, obscured,
- „will receive the status ”Unverified profile",
- verified providers will be displayed prominently on the same page.
This solution ensures that relatives do not encounter outdated or inaccurate information.
2. Deactivation
If data verification is persistently omitted:
- the profile will be moved to an inactive status,
- it will not appear in search results,
- it will only be retained in the system in archived form,
- the provider will be notified of this by email.
Service Provider Responsibilities
The service provider is obligated to:
- provide accurate data,
- report and update changes,
- perform annual data reconciliation,
- pay the administrative fee.
The operator assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, truthfulness, or timeliness of the data provided by the service provider.
Prohibited Content
During the operation of the Website, the following are particularly prohibited due to its respectful nature:
- misleading or false information,
- unethical or disrespectful content,
- damaging the reputation of competitors,
- uploading unlawful content.
The operator is entitled to remove any listing that violates the rules immediately, without notice.
Limitation of Liability for the Operation of the Website
The operator does not guarantee:
- the continuous, uninterrupted operation of the Website,
- error-free technical operation,
- the completeness of information provided by external service providers.
The Website serves solely as an informational platform, and the operator assumes no responsibility for legal relationships established between service providers and users.
